We are a full-service travel agency that provides its services to private and corporate clients, travel agencies and government institutions. At present our team consists of 10 internal and 4 external employees. We have been operating on Slovak market and internationally since 2002.

Our philosophy:

• Offer complexity (comprehensive services) Our aim is to offer (comprehensive) complex products and services to both private (using reservation system Avicenum/Relaxos) and corporate clients (using our services portfolio).
• Being innovative Technological advancement is very dynamic. We are committed to keep up with this trend so as to simplify the choice for our clients; and to lift the effectiveness of the employee benefits management and business trips management.
• Flexibility Our goal is to offer choice, to respond to client’s requests promptly and to satisfy their travel needs and requirements to the full extend.
• Individual approach When developing a product or a service we exercise an individual approach to our client’s requests so each product and service is tailored to your needs. Our commitment to you is demonstrated through continuous advancement of our communication and interpersonal skills. Through collaboration with allied agencies Avicenum have created a stable position on markets in Austria, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. At the beginning of our operation we provided services to international travel agencies and their operations in Slovakia. Since then we have taken on events management, educational, business and incentive trips, retreats and vacations for corporate and public sector. We are proud to be co-creators of a reservation system that has been visited and used by more than 45 thousand clients in its five-years.
