How to order

Please choose the suitable stay from the electronic catalogue. You can book your stay by clicking on button “Booking”. If you did not find any destination, that would satisfy your needs, please contact us. (booking@avicenum-travel.com)

Our call centre sends you the confirmation of your stay and term with detailed price calculation within 24 hours. In case of no vacancy, call centre sends you the proposal of similar stay.

Please confirm your interest in our offer by e-mail or phone or send us your further requirements.

In case of your confirmation, you receive the invoice. You can pay the invoice on Slovak account (Tatrabanka), Czech account (Ceska Sporitelna), Polish, Hungarian or EUR account.

After your payment, call centre sends your Voucher and all additional information about your stay by e-mail.

Please check in at the reception. Not all of the hotels have their own reception, so please read carefully the instructions in your Voucher.
